Gene Talbott: Memory Eternal

My step-mother's father, Gene Talbott, was horribly injured in a fire last year but survived. After emerging from a coma, his days were spent in severe pain and disability -- yet he always had a smile on his face and a cheerful word for those who visited him.

Gene fell asleep in the Lord yesterday.

"With the saints give rest, 0 Christ, to the soul of Thy servant where sickness and sorrow are no more, neither sighing, but life everlasting...."
